He made some saves… what I saw was a guy flailing around all night.. terrible lateral movement .. endless rebounds.. he had a lucky night if anything. When their goalie was pulled watching Jarry was infuriating… he could not track or get across … there was no chance we’d see him steal it for us. Watching him in a shootout is almost comical. He has no athleticism.. stands narrow and falls over after every save attempt. Remarkably similar to skinner.. only worse.
I don’t know what kind of joke it is when no matter who the opposing goalie is.. be it his first nhl game, a backup or whatever .. they always make Jarry look like a clown. Not a single team in the nhl would have kept jarry around this summer but here we are. A “contender” with Tristan Jarry in net.
There is no way to enjoy watching your team play with a garbage goalie. Even if you steal a win.
Rnh was especially low iq in ot .. he had possession it was clear it was time for a change and he passes it to Shea into the offensive zone instead of skating back to get top line back on. RNH. Is definitely trending downward. I don’t see a top six guy in him anymore and most definitely not a 2c.
Shakir looked a lot better tonight and tho it’s not saying much.. he might be better than Wallman at this point ..
Hyman being injured … oh well.. it’s not great but it’s not been great since he came back. He’s been mostly invisible..
That game was entirely painful to watch. Honourable mention to the ex oiler who once again … ruined our night.
One line team with no goal tending. Anemic Dee.. ONCE . Again.
The new coach mojo is wearing off. Now bowman is exposed.
